The terms that apply to use of this website and to enquiries submitted through it.

Last reviewed: 2026-11-06

Draft pending owner approval. This document is a starting point prepared for the business owner to review and approve. It is general information and not legal advice.

1. Use of this website

This website provides information about the services offered by SAM-SAM ENTERPRISE and allows visitors to submit enquiries, quotation requests and consultation requests. By using it you agree to these terms.

2. Information on this website

Content is provided as general information. It does not constitute professional, legal, tax or financial advice for your specific circumstances, and it does not replace official guidance from SARS, CIPC, the Department of Employment and Labour, the CSD or any other institution.

3. Enquiries are not agreements

Submitting an enquiry, quotation request or consultation request does not create a client relationship or a binding agreement. A service only begins once the scope, documents, fees and timelines have been agreed in writing.

4. Quotations

Quotations are based on the confirmed scope of work and remain valid for the period stated on them. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

5. Regulatory outcomes

SARS, CIPC, the Department of Employment and Labour, banks and other institutions make their own determinations. SAM-SAM ENTERPRISE assists with preparation and administration and does not guarantee approvals, registrations, refunds, tenders, funding or any other regulatory outcome.

6. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information and complete documentation, and for responding to requests within agreed timeframes. You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted to institutions on your behalf.

7. Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, SAM-SAM ENTERPRISE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from outcomes determined by third-party institutions.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
